1 | DISCOVERY

STEP ONE:

discovery

The Discovery phase is where we analyze your current process and make sure we have clearly defined and compelling benefits of working for your organization. This is what we call your Employer Value Proposition. We will also define and have a clear understanding of your teams DNA (the defining traits of your companies’ top performers). From there, a scorecard will be created based on DNA that will be a benchmark for all future hires.

STEP TWO:

DATA MAPPING

We will leverage our database building and custom sourcing process which provides a direct pipeline to results-driven talent that’s not reached by your typical 1:1 strategies such as job postings, cold calls, or cold emails. 

This will provide you with a direct pipeline to the additional 60% of the market who are open to considering new opportunities but are not actively searching on the job boards or live on LinkedIn.  

3 | ENGAGEMENT

ENGAGEMENT

This is a multi step approach consisting of phone, email, and social messaging of the candidates that have been mapped for your market. Using multiple channels, we ensure the messages are reaching your targeted audience. We will create a custom landing page for your opportunity. This is the personalized message that speaks directly to the candidates pain points offering them a new perspective much stronger than what they hear from the typical contingency recruiter email of 'new opportunity.'

Here we filter interested candidates through evidence based assessment interviews focusing on 7 key factors that weed out the bottom 90% while honing in on the top 10%.

A short-list will be provided with candidate profile summaries, pre-submittal references, and pre-recorded video interviews.

We help you retain your top performer through their critical first 12 months by performing 1st day, 1st week, 30 day, 60 day, 90 day, 180 day, and 1 year informal interviews which will include their leaders comments as well as how the top performer feels the EVP is living up.
